Fabulous advice, helpful and friendly service, even checking in with me again even though she was busy, and clearly passionate about their product and animals. I was referred by Jess from BB's, and hands down both Jess and Pet Food Shop have given me the best, most comprehensive nutritional advice that just made sense, and confirmed things I had been wondering about the right diet for my dog. Additionally, the store is clean and well presented, ample parking, prices were very reasonable, variety is great, and pets are welcome.

Buy 1kg of meat, get 1kg of MEAT! And it's fresh! Well that's been my experience with the kangaroo. I've found I can divvy up a packet and NOT be left with less than a kg of meat boxed, and a whole lot of liquid in the packet! Here's 2x1kg packets of kangaroo I've just emptied, nope, they're not rinsed. That's fantastic value in my book.

Me and my dog family are very very thankful and happy that this shop exists❣️ both my dogs have never eaten any kibbles in their life and they are the healthiest, happiest, most intelligent and sweet dogs.

The Pet Food Shop is AMAZING! They have great staff, all your pet food needs and are very educational for anyone that is starting a journey of health for their pet. Your pups are all welcome too ❤️ Harley loves coming in and choosing her treats. We highly recommend The Pet Food Shop

Ten paws for this place! We are into fresh food feeding and have been spending more time and money on what these guys already have sorted. Raw food, single and mixed, at great prices. Shop tidy, clean, organised. Great fridge and freezer display. Excellent pricing. Great information. Twice as good as the PETsmarm places at half the cost. Local to Geelong with a loved fluff baby? Check this place out. You will be wrapt. Mack loves his visits there,, and we're all thankful. :)

Such a great range! Such good prices! This is going to be my go to shop for quality bones for my dog, there was so much to browse. So far she loved the roo ribs and the roo tail. I also got her a goat foot, it was great to have something she could have inside the house .

Love the education from the owner and posters about raw/natural dog and cat feeding. Plenty of variety of bones and raw meat plus additives for a balanced diet. Bones are superior and cheaper than the supermarkets.

Really helpful staff and knowledgeable in relation to whats actually in the food. Have an ageing German Shepherd who had stomach issues. Our vet recommended this place and the staff really spent time explaining how to introduce new proteins into her diet. Success and highly recommend.

The service is great the staff are very friendly and helpful my German Shepherd has not turned her nose up at any of the food i have bought her from there.

Geelong best kept secret! 😁 We were paying huge amounts to buy food from mainstream pet food stores. Since switching to the Pet Food Shop, we are saving heaps of money and our dog has never been happier! In the past our dog took ages to eat Prime 100. Now he scoffs down his log roll food we get from the pet food shop in seconds. It actually smells good enough for me to eat! It smells like it has flavour! The selection of fresh meats and treats is unbeatable. So glad we found this shop! We love it! Thank you Pet Food Shop! Our dog has never been happier or healthier! 😁 Very knowledgeable staff and a massive selection of treats, fresh bones and meats for your pets. Our dog loves all the food food from here.
